Defend NGOs Alliance stands firm in its support for Ms Jazmin Jerusalem against the baseless accusations of terrorism financing. Ms Jerusalem is the Executive Director of the Leyte Center for Development (LCDe). Established in 1988, LCDe has provided emergency relief, food, and health services to disaster-stricken communities in Leyte and Samar, serving at least 900,000 people over three decades.
