DISMISSAL OF CERNET 27 CASE: A LEGAL VICTORY AGAINST STATE REPRESSION
The Defend NGOs Alliance welcomes the decision of the RTC Branch 74 in Cebu to dismiss the case filed against the Community Empowerment Resource Network, Inc.
